The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s (AHRQ) Making Healthcare Safer III (MHS) report has helped shape the national discussion regarding patient safety. AHRQ enlisted Abt and partners to develop the third MHS, and The Journal of Patient Safety recently issued a special supplemental issue featuring four research articles from Abt team members.
